Applying to New Urban
As a magnet school within the North Clackamas School District, New Urban High School has an
enrollment process that is a bit different from our comprehensive high schools. New Urban is an application-based school and students are placed on a first-come basis, as space permits. Only completed applications can be considered for enrollment.
If you live outside the NCSD district boundary, it is necessary to first request an inter-district transfer before seeking enrollment. This process begins with the home district. North Clackamas will communicate with your home district regarding your transfer request. Upon approval from both districts, you will be notified and encouraged to submit your complete NUHS application, which can be found below.
Once we are at our capacity, students will be placed on a waitlist and contacted if an opening becomes available.
