Report an Absence

To report your students absence please use your Parentsquare account, this is the fastest and easiest way. 

Alternatively, you may call the attendance line and leave a message 24 hours a day. Messages will be checked frequently throughout the day.

If you need to pick up your student early or bring them in late due to an appointment, please call the same number (503-353-5925). Arrange with your student ahead of time where you will meet them. Please ask them to check out in the main office.

For serious attendance issues, including long term absences from school (more than 3 days), please contact the main office number to reach your student's counselor at 503-353-5925.
